We currently have a huge pipeline of projects and display homes throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. 

Our head office is undergoing massive exciting changes with expansion currently underway. We are also adding a 500m2 selection gallery to assist with our clients journey. 

About the role

This is a rewarding and challenging opportunity for an experienced team player with a ‘can do attitude’ and relevant experience. Based at our Craigieburn head office, you will be responsible for managing permit applications and building contracts while also assisting the company’s growth over the coming years. 

The role consists of the following core responsibilities:

  • Organize and follow up on all Building Permit related documentation
  • Organize and assist in the workflow and management of customer files.
  • Liaise with clients.
  • Managing council and developer applications.
  • Liaising and follow ups with relevant authorities in relation to building  permit applications.
  • Obtaining occupancy permits and other relevant certification as required.
  • Managing company CRM.
  • Engage with and promote continuous improvement and business change.

Skills and experience:

  • Understanding of the residential home building and construction process is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a time critical working environment.
  • Highly organized – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft WORD EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills.
